Private space during the day:

If you need space during business hours, for example if you have a class, or meeting, you can hire the basement for private use.
This is a cosy space to give your meeting an informal atmosphere, and being as it is in the cafe you can treat yourselves to all the lattes, cappuccinos or hot chocs you need! The area seats up to 18, and you would be welcome to re-arrrange furniture as you require.
Hiring the basement during business hours costs £15 per hour or £30 for a whole morning or afternoon.

It may interest you to know we have a digital projector, and the facilities to show films, or power point presentations for meetings. Hire of the projector is an additional £10.

Parties outside of business hours:
If you need to use the whole cafe you can do so in the evenings from 7pm – 12.30am latest (music off from 12am). Hire of the cafe starts from £80, dependant on numbers of guests. The 2 levels, basement and ground floor, make it an ideal place for a party, it can hold up to 50 people, but feels like a proper party with only 15.

Catering:
If you need food at your party or meeting we can provide a tasty mediteranean/ middle eastern style mezze buffet, for as little as £5 per head. Try to let us know in a week before hand, and payment will have to be made in advance.
If you are hiring the basement during cafe opening hours you’re welcome to use our regular cafe menu, please if there are a lot of you give us time to prepare your orders!
